Kudumulu or undrallu is a festive dish prepared during vinayaka chavithi in Andhra pradesh. Method 1- Coconut sweet stuffed kudumulu recipe

Kobbari kudumulu recipe

  • 1 cups rice , ripened
  • 2 cups water (if you are non using aged rice, reduce half a transfuse of water)
  • 2 tbsp channa dal / senaga pappu (optional)
  • Salt as requisite
  • ¼ cup coconut , grated
  • ¼ to ½ tsp cumin / Jeera
  • ½ to 1 tsp oil (for an increased flavor can manipulation coconut oil)
